story:

Michelle and her mother-in-law, Janyece, are the main “ingredients” behind Pink Chocolate Catering Company.  They started the company in 2010 at the request of family, friends and others who had tasted their amazing food.  Initially, the only item on the company’s menu was Janyece’s famous Sour Cream Pound Cake, which is a recipe that she has been making for over 30 years.  They soon added Michelle’s award-winning Creamy Lump Crab Dip, which won 2nd place at the Star Spangled Sailabration Crab Dip Competition.  Over the years, the menu has evolved to include customer favorites such as White Chicken Chili, BBQ Shrimp Orleans, Pulled BBQ Chicken, Shrimp Salad, Collard Greens, Cornbread, Cheesecake Squares and Brownie Trifle, to name a few. 

Pink Chocolate Catering Company’s sweet spot is providing full service buffet style catering services for bridal and baby showers, milestone birthday parties and tasting parties​, etc.  The Company also receives many requests for single a la carte items -whether you want  SAVORY or SWEET you can't go wrong by adding that special something to a holiday dinner or family reunion. Pink Chocolate Catering Company will plan your event with you to meet your budget and event style.

Michelle and her husband, Chauncey, live in Elkridge, MD and have two children, Chase and Chloe.  Michelle is a corporate attorney and enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.  Chase and Chloe love to help their mother cook and are “honorary” employees of Pink Chocolate Catering Company.

Janyece is originally from Memphis, Tennessee and now lives in Columbia, MD,  She enjoys being of service to Celebration Church and spending time with family and friends.
